DECORATING APPLICATION OPTIONS
LOGOS
SCREEN PRINT
Also known as Silk Screening, screen printing is the process in which a logo design is imposed on to the garment using ink in one or multiple colors. The ink is cured using heat.
SUBLIMATED TWILL PATCHES
Digital images and logos, sublimated or dyed directly onto polyester twill material and laser cut to size, then sewn onto garments.
DIRECT EMBROIDERY
Automated application of logos or images directly onto garments using stitched thread.
TACKLE TWILL
Polyester twill fabric cut and sewn onto garments for logos, numbers or names.
DIRECT SUBLIMATION
Using heat and pressure, the sublimation process transfers digital images from dye printed transfer papers directly onto the polyester based fabric.
EMBROIDERED PATCHES
Also known as Applique, these are custom cut polyester twill patch logos which are embellished with embroidered details.

Polyester twill fabric numbers cut and sewn onto garments.

Digital numbers sublimated directly onto polyester twill fabric then cut and sewn onto garments.

SUBLIMATED NAMEBARS
Digital names sublimated directly onto polyester twill fabric nameplates then sewn onto garments.
TWILL NAMEBARS
Player names made up of individual letters cut out of polyester twill fabric and sewn onto twill nameplates and then sewn onto garments.
DIRECT SUBLIMATION NAMES
Player names transferred directly onto garments by using dye sublimation transfer process.
